2. Does ChronoBay process payments?

No. ChronoBay does not process payments or hold funds. All financial transactions are handled directly between the buyer and seller at their own discretion.

3. How does verification work?

To maintain a trusted marketplace, users must complete identity verification. This may include: Government-issued ID, Trade license (for dealers). Verification documents are confidential and not visible to other users.

4. How do I become a Verified Dealer?

During registration, select the dealer option and submit your trade license and required documents. Our team will review your application before approval.

5. How do offers work?

Buyers can send offers directly through the app. Sellers can: Accept, Reject, Send a counteroffer. All negotiations take place within‑app chat.

6. What happens if I suspect fraud?

If you suspect fraudulent activity, counterfeit items, or suspicious behavior: Do not proceed with the transaction, Report the user inside the app, Contact support@chronobay.com. Our team will review the case.

7. Are chats private?

Chats are private between users but are not end‑to‑end encrypted. ChronoBay may review chats only if a transaction is flagged for fraud, abuse, or a violation of community standards.

8. How do I delete my account?

To delete your account, email support@chronobay.com from your registered email address. We will process your request in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Is ChronoBay responsible for disputes?

ChronoBay is a peer‑to‑peer platform and does not act as a broker, escrow service, or payment processor. Users are responsible for conducting due diligence before completing transactions.
